Robin Albing
Robin is the leading housewares industry expert on Millennials, their homes and how they live. She has authored numerous groundbreaking reports on this topic, including MILLENNIALS AT HOME and MILLENNIALS At HOME – In The Kitchen. As the founder of Albing International Marketing (AIM), she spearheaded the company’s efforts in technology-based research, serving an international client base. As a specialist in strategic planning and business development, Robin has led major AIM projects for clients including Lodge Manufacturing Company, Lifestyle Furnishings Inc., Amway Corporation, Bernhardt, Waterford Wedgwood, and World Kitchen.
Prior to the establishing AIM, Robin spent 10 years with home furnishings corporate leaders, Lenox China and Corning Glass Works.
Robin received a Masters of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University

Marsha Everton
Marsha is a leading housewares and retail industry expert on the baby boom generation. Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Marsha worked for over 20 years for The Pfaltzgraff Co., rising to the position of President & CEO. In a series of leadership roles, she developed Pfaltzgraff as the leading casual dinnerware brand and company in the United States, increasing sales three-fold. Her vision established Pfaltzgraff as an early leader in multi-channel retailing with one of the top 500 retail websites in the nation. She has been widely recognized as a housewares industry leader, serving as President of the National Tabletop and Giftware Association as well as on the boards of the International Housewares Association, National Retail Federation and The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc.
Marsha is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, with recognition as a NACD Board Leadership Fellow and a member of the Committee of 200, an invitation-only organization of the world’s most successful women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.
Marsha received a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Kiyokazu Aizawa
Kiyo is an expert on global markets, with in-depth experience in international business. Prior to establishing his consulting practice, he was President & CEO, Clorox Japan. He also served as Managing Director, Godiva Chocolatier; Managing Director – Asia Pacific, Campbell Japan Inc.; President & CEO, Baskin Robbins 31 Ice Cream Co; and General Sales and Marketing Manager, Nestle Japan Ltd.
Kiyo received a Program for Executive Development Diploma from the International Institute for Management Development Business School and a Bachelor of Law from Chuo University.

Judy Bono
Judy is a merchant. She turns trends into successful products. Judy works with large and small retailers, consulting in product selection and merchandising. She also owns and operates an independent retail business. Prior to establishing her own business, Judy worked for over 20 years for The Pfaltzgraff Co. She managed branded, licensed and private label product categories and merchandised assortments across multiple channels including stores, catalogs and e-commerce. Judy built the highly regarded Pfaltzgraff licensing business with over 50 licensees, establishing Pfaltzgraff as a brand authority for home decor. Product categories included furniture, wall coverings, decorative home, gifts, bedding, bath and a wide range of kitchen and tabletop products.
Judy received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Tricia Cammerzell
Tricia is an expert fact finder and long-time student of consumer behavior. Tricia has worked with Albing International Marketing and The AIMsights Group on both U.S. and international projects.

Henry Ching
Henry builds global networks. He has more than 35 years of international corporate and in-the-field business expertise, with in-depth experience in creating global supply chains. He has worked with start-ups, small to mid-size consumer goods companies, major suppliers and distribution ventures. He has the keen ability to bring ideas to life, taking them from concept to reality. He is known for his ability to work across and in many cultures, engaging international teams to develop processes and technology and build world class purchasing, sourcing and manufacturing distribution and marketing trade organizations.
Henry’s cross-cultural approach and global experience ranges from New York to London and from China to South America. He melds Western business skills with Eastern cultural and business acumen. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese.

Nancy Neumann
Nancy Neumann has extensive experience in brand positioning, target audience strategy and direct response database marketing, with in-depth expertise in luxury goods and marketing to high net worth individuals. Her international experience includes product development and distribution in Asia, Europe and South America. Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Nancy was Vice President of Baccarat, Inc. She also served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for both F. Schumacher & Co. and Steuben, a division of Corning Incorporated, and as Chief Executive Officer of Brielle Galleries.
Nancy received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Miami University.

Michael Pfeiffer
Michael is a marketing and sales specialist with over 20 years of experience advising international companies as they enter and compete in Germany and other European markets. His expertise includes strategy development, acquisition, strategic partner search (distributors, sales representatives, joint venture partners) and market research.
Michael’s clients conduct business in a wide range of product categories, including consumer as well as industrial products. He has extensive expertise in the housewares, gift stationary and office supply industries.
Michael received a Dipl.-Kfm. in Business from Justus-Liebig-University Giessen.

Meri Pollak
Meri is a market research professional with over 30 years of experience, working as a Senior Associate with both Albing International Marketing and KV Marketing. Meri directed research projects for a wide variety of consumer product companies, including American Express, American Greetings, Corning Consumer Products, Colgate-Palmolive, Donna Karan Inc., Steuben Glass and Waterford Wedgwood. Her expertise includes executive interviews, facilitation and analysis of focus groups, new product development and launch plans, market entry and expansion, industry overviews and trend studies.
Meri received a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics and Public Policy from Cornell University.

Prior to her consulting role with Albing International Marketing and AIMsights, Mary Ann worked in a range of management roles in program planning and product development with the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Health Emergency Medical Services, American Hospital Association and Harvard Community Health Plan.
Mary Ann received her Masters of Public Health in Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Tulane University.

Gail Starr

Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Gail served in a range of marketing roles for General Mills, Nabisco, Corning/Steuben, and Dollfus Mieg & Cie.
Gail received a Masters in Business Administration in International Marketing from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French, Economics and Music from Washington University in St. Louis. She completed additional studies at Conservatoire de Caen.
