She built the highly-regarded Pfaltzgraff licensing business with over 50 licensees, establishing Pfaltzgraff as a brand authority for home decor.
Ching has more than 35 years of international corporate and in-the-field business expertise, with in-depth experience in creating global supply chains. He has worked with start-ups, small to mid-size consumer goods companies, major suppliers and distribution ventures. He is known for his ability to work across and in many cultures, engaging international teams to develop processes and technology and build world class purchasing, sourcing and manufacturing distribution and marketing trade organizations. Ching is also fluent in English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese.
